The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition inside the original packaging, and has not been opened or repackaged, in case our inspection team proves the existence of a defect in the product.

In case the product does not match the specifications announced on the site (except for minor color differences due to screen calibration and different resolution), the customer can request product replacement, refund, or a credit notice, provided that the report is made within 14 days from the date of purchase and the product has not been installed.

• Use furniture covers for added protection.
• For cleaning, wipe with a slightly damp or dry cloth to remove dirt and debris.
• Give the surface a deeper cleaning using appropriate cleaning materials.
• Allow the furniture to dry completely before using it again or covering it.

• The warranty includes

• Any broken frame or welds, we will replace, repair, or repaint the frame at the factory with the original color and pattern, if available, or a similar style if the color is discontinued.
• (Some exceptions may apply) Structural damage, seat structure damage, table frame damage are covered by the warranty.

• The warranty does not include

• Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, fire, shipping damage, and natural acts (such as, for example, wind or severe weather conditions).

• Excluded from the warranty are tanning oil or other chemicals, natural fading, polyester fabric damage, scratching, finish cutting, fading, weathering, or furniture staining or discoloration, or incidental damage repair or consumer modifications.
